This Sweepstakes is open to MINNESOTA RESIDENTS ONLY within in our service area.
1. To enter, complete this Minnesota Home Improvement Sweepstakes entry form. All entries must be mailed separately and be received by May 31, 2012. You may also obtain an official entry form by writing to us at, Ultimate Exteriors of Minnesota, 425 10th St NE, Milaca, MN 56353.
2. The Minnesota Home Improvement Sweepstakes consists of several separate thematic presentations. Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received. Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. All prizes will be awarded and winner will be notified by telephone or in person. Sweepstakes open to homeowners within Ultimate Exteriors of Minnesota’s exclusive territory only. One Entry per household. Limit one prize to an individual or household. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed. Sponsor and its agencies assume no liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prizes. The sweepstakes is being used to identify potential customers. Taxes, if any are the responsibility of the individual winner.
In the event that the winner has purchased a qualifying Ultimate Exteriors of Minnesota product between June 1, 2011 and May 31, 2012, that is all or part of their prize, said prizewinner may elect to receive the retail value of that prize in lieu of the product or other products up to $10,000.
Winner may be required to verify address or asked to execute an affidavit of eligibility within 14 days of notification attempt. Entry is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible, or late mail entries or mail.
3. The Grand Prize Winner will be eligible to win their choice of one:

- Grand Prize #2: Insulated Exterior Siding
- Grand Prize #3: New Roofing
4. Sweepstakes only open to homeowners in the state of Minnesota, 18 years of age or older except employees or their families of Ultimate Exteriors , affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
5. By providing your name and telephone number, you affirmatively request and expressly permit and authorize Ultimate Exteriors of Minnesota employees or representatives to contact you via telephone to discuss your interest in our home improvement products.
6. By accepting one of the above mentioned grand prizes, you grant Ultimate Exteriors of Minnesota permission to use your image or likeness for publicity or promotion without further compensation.
