This summer, severe thunderstorms rolled across central Minnesota causing damage to many area homes. One such home belonged to the Blanchard family of Milaca, MN. The Blanchard’s had wind and water damage to their roof as well as hail damaged siding.

Ultimate Exteriors removed the damaged siding on the house, inspected for rotted and damaged wood, caulked around all doors and windows to prevent air infiltration and installed 18 square of insulated Grand Junction vinyl siding with RaiLock.
We also removed their damaged roof shingles and installed 20 squares of Landmark 30 year CertainTeed Driftwood architectural shingles for a great new look. The ridge vents were also replaced and a new bathroom exhaust fan was installed.
