Pine City Window Replacment – 50% County Fair Winners!

Win 50% Off at the FairKerry & Ann-Marie live in Ramsey, Minnesota which is located in the Northern Metro area of Minneapolis and St Paul. They have a beautiful cabin in Pine City, Minnesota located up Interstate 35 between Hinckley and North Branch, Minnesota.

Over the years they have done several repairs on their cabin and they knew it was time to take care of their early 1900′s original windows. All the windows in the cabin were leaky, worn out single pane windows.

Nisswa-Brainerd Lakes Replacement Windows

Sample of a 3 Lite Sliding Window from Verde WindowsGerry and Jim live in St Paul, Minnesota and have a cabin in Nisswa, Minnestoa. Nisswa located in the Brainerd Lakes area of Northern Minnesota. Gerry and Jim’s cabin has been in their family since the 1960′s. It is a beautiful place located on Gull Lake but because the cabin is used year round, they noticed that the windows were leaking air and were extremely poor energy efficiency. So they knew it was time to start looking around for new windows.

After seeing a few a few window companies, they called on Sam Drews of Ultimate Exteriors of MN of Milaca, Minnesota. Sam listened to their needs and goals for new windows and showed them the Verde Window by Sunrise Windows.

We installed 8 new Sunrise Verde Vinyl windows with solar 12 glass. Gerry and Jim chose to go with Cherry wood grain for the interior and white for the exterior. 7 of the new windows are Verde Double hung windows and the large living room window is a 3 lite tilt in slider. All eight of the new Verde windows have self cleaning glass on the exterior and each window is easy to open and close for cleaning. Also each of the 8 new Verde windows comes standard with the opti view screen which enables more air flow and is much clearer then a standard screen.

Cross Lake, MN Cabin Gets New Windows And A View

Joe & Pam Wiltsey of Cross Lake, MN had windows that were failing in their cabin that had built in 1984. Now living in the cabin most of the year and they knew that they needed better windows.

Joe and Pam called on Jon Drews, replacement window specialist from Ultimate Exteriors of Minnesota. Jon sat down with Joe & Pam and talked to them about how many windows they wanted done and the issues they were having with their current windows. Cambridge, Minnesota Roofing – Organic Shingles Meets Nasty Storm

A Cambridge, MN homeowner’s organic shingled roof was virtually blown away in a nasty storm in July. Singles were strewn all over the yard in the aftermath of this storm.

The homeowners, Del & Rose had a roof that was really having problems. The main issue was that they had CertainTeed organic shingles on their roof that were completely failing. On July 1st of this year they also experienced a nasty storm the blew through most of Central Minnesota, starting in the St.Cloud and surrounding areas going through Foley, Milaca, Princeton, Cambridge, Isanti and Pine City.

The homeowners called out Minnesota Roofing expert, Sam Drews of Ultimate Exteriors of Minnesota for a roof inspection and recommendations. Ultimate Exteriors removed the damaged shingles, inspected and replaced the roof for rotted or damaged wood. They installed 25 squares of CertainTeed Landmark Architectural Shingles, and roofers select felt.

The roofing crew installed Ice and Water Shield to the roof edges and valleys, which helps prevent ice damning from occurring. New vents, boots and roof lashing were installed. Also replaced were damaged fascia with new Rollex aluminum in hunter green. Rollex aluminum gutters were also installed to the home. Ultimate Exteriors was able to give Del & Rose an extended manufacture warranty called the Certainteed Sure Start plus warranty which will give them a complete, non-pro rated 50 year coverage.

Central Minnesota Window, Siding & Roofing Replacement

Central Minnesota homeowner, June Nelson of Isanti, MN gets new windows, siding and roofing from Ultimate Exteriors of MN. We met June in January of 2011. June was in need of new energy efficient windows. We installed 7 double hung Verde Replacement Windows with cherry interior and white exterior and solar plus glass in February of 2011.

In July of 2011 high winds from a storm caused a tree to fall on her house damaging her siding and roofing. This same storm that caused the damage affected many homes in the Central Minnesota area including Cambridge and Isanti. Because of our relationship from earlier in the year with her replacement windows, June once again called Ultimate Exteriors of MN for her storm damage repair.Ultimate Exteriors, after all, is an exterior remodeling company specializing in windows, siding, roofing and storm damage repair.

Central Minnesota Storm Damage Repair

The Central Minnesota storm damage repair job of a Zimmerman, MN homeowner is completed. Rick like a lot of people in central Minnesota, was hit with a hail and wind storm in early July of this year. His roof and his siding were damaged due to the storm

Jeff Nagle of Ultimate Exteriors of MN went out to the home and determined the extent of damage. Jeff negotiated with the insurance company for a new roof and siding on the home in Zimmerman, Mn. Initially the insurance company didn’t want to buy the roof so Ultimate Exteriors of Minnesota sent a matching request for the shingles. The $2,000 claim turned into a $26,000 claim that was paid in full by the insurance company.

Minnesota Storm Damage Repaired by Ultimate Exteriors of MNUltimate Exteriors installed 38 squares of Reynolds Grand Junction Premium Vinyl Siding and 37 squares of Certainteed Lifetime Architectural Shingles on the Zimmerman home. The exterior now looks like a new home.
