Jeff Nagle of Ultimate Exteriors of MN went out to the home and determined the extent of damage. Jeff negotiated with the insurance company for a new roof and siding on the home in Zimmerman, Mn. Initially the insurance company didn’t want to buy the roof so Ultimate Exteriors of Minnesota sent a matching request for the shingles. The $2,000 claim turned into a $26,000 claim that was paid in full by the insurance company.
Ultimate Exteriors installed 38 squares of Reynolds Grand Junction Premium Vinyl Siding and 37 squares of Certainteed Lifetime Architectural Shingles on the Zimmerman home. The exterior now looks like a new home.
